Hernán Mendoza, the biggest white-collar cyber thief is sentenced to 100 years imprisonment for treason. District attorney Ángeles Valencia, known for her impeccable reputation, takes the helm of an investigating body that operates outside the law ad their mission is to deal with complex crimes.
