As Emir and Feriha step into a new life away from everyone, family tensions continue to rise in Istanbul. As the blossoming couple tries to make the most of their marriage, they also struggle with the wounds of the past that still linger. On the other hand, Koray and Gülsüm's front is complicated after Hande's raid. Gülsüm starts to get closer to Seher in Feriha's absence and shares her marital problems with her. While Rıza experiences the pain of disowning his daughter within himself, Feriha's happiness is overshadowed by the sadness of leaving her family behind. Emir and Feriha finally decide to return to Istanbul and confront Reza instead of postponing the inevitable. However, Reza's heart, exhausted by all that has happened, can't take much more in the face of a surprise development. The newlyweds return to Istanbul with great excitement and are shocked when Rıza suffers a heart attack, and it will not be easy for anyone to prevent what will happen next.
