With his home prefecture's Nebuta festival approaching, Kogami Taiga becomes increasingly excited. By strange coincidence, Edel Rose is hired to do some work at the festival. The group is invited to Taiga's home, where his sister Ozora tells them about the first time Taiga came to Tokyo and his first encounter with Prism Shows.

Yamato Alexander is working out once again in Schwarz Rose's gym. Even among the members of Schwarz Rose, Alec is particularly aloof. What made him want to become a street-style Prism Star? While he recalls the past, a surprising person waits for him.
