Shioya Yoku, born in Kagoshima, Japan as Shioya Tsubasa (same kanji), has been a voice actor since the age of 14, debuting in Umi no Triton (1972). His older brother is voice actor Shioya Kouzou.
Aside from voice acting, Shioya is also an actor, and sound director.
