Landlord Nicholas Parrington discovers a couple are subletting his house, just months after a previous tenant had turned the property into a brothel, while investors in a community centre for children are aghast when squatters move into their building. In Lewisham, the council's Rogue Landlord Unit raids one of their main streets, on the lookout for slum conditions, illegal overcrowding and criminal activities.
