Successful, popular football (soccer) player Bruno Rogiers is reported missing. Before his car is found, torched with a corpse in the boot, the team has worked out that his deadbeat brother Jarno, a gambling addict with wife and young son, was too deep in debt with ruthless Dutch bookie Hannes Libeert.
