First Geri wants to find out why Sarah and Luke weren't interested in a return visit to Greenways of Malvern, then Sarah and Luke confront Sanjeev and Elinor over their low cleanliness score for Ferry Lodge. Emotions run high when Sanjeev and Elinor from Court Colman Manor accuse Sarah and Luke of playing tit for tat with their comments over hygiene criticisms, but its Sanjeev's silent approach that really upsets Elinor. When all the payments are revealed, who will be crowned best value B&B of the week?
