But their cramped space in the industrial neighborhood, and a forty-five minute commute for Eric are a challenge for this Salt Lake couple and their 15 month-old daughter. They are determined to buy a proper house in a suburb closer to the city and Eric's job. But can they find a starter home to fit their 200K budget?
