A tentacled beast of mythology known as the Kraken is examined in this episode. A group of scientists, divers, and researchers head to the Sea of Cortez, Mexico. Their plan is to find a large school of squid, capture one, and attach a camera to it. It is believed that they will find their creature deep below the surface, where humans cannot go. What they discover will make history.
