The first patient through the EB truck is Simon. In a bid to have “clean wheels” he has developed sebaceous cysts on his scrotum, and Dr Sam gets to perform a procedure on day one. We also met a man who has “two bum holes” otherwise known as pilonidal sinus and a young woman who would do anything to have a normal voice. There are inverted nipples, flaking skin and a life changing operation when a young woman is given a chin.
