After two prostitutes show up floating in a Memphis river, police arrest a homeless man and accuse him of the murder. Unfortunately, for the police, psychic Carol Pate wakes up with a vision, and she insists that they have arrested the wrong man. Days later, Memphis Police concur with Pate's assessment, and they employ her intuitive services to find the real killer.
