Rihito and Mei visit the director of the Girls' Academy of Santa Lucia, Rose. After overcoming the two-week provisional enrollment period, Mei was officially admitted to the St. Lucia Girls Academy. As proof of that, Rose presented Mei with a golden bell, and as a celebration of admission, she placed a little green gem called a star in the recess on the side of the bell.
