Eun-ae and Gyeol are spotted commuting together by Min-ho and Seung-ri. Suspecting something, Min-ho questions Gyeol privately, and Gyeol finally admits that they are living under the same roof. Eun-ae tries to explain the situation to a deeply hurt Seung-ri, but Seung-ri coldly rejects her. Meanwhile, Ji-seon, who had vanished after losing her family's housing deposit in a scam, finally returns home. Eun-hyeong welcomes her with relief, but Ji-seon cries and tells him what she's decided to do.
