Kristen hints at her own romantic turmoil while Billie worries Bo won’t love her if she goes to trial; her friends reassure her. At the hospital, Stefano orders Peter to get a blood test for Belle to verify Sami’s diary claim that John is the father. When Sami arrives, Stefano unnerves her with a fake “psychic” reading, revealing he knows she loved someone with initials A.R., sending her fleeing. Marlena tells John about her disturbing dream, and he urges her not to tell Roman. The hospital then calls for Belle’s blood tests—arranged secretly by Stefano and Peter. Marlena brings Belle in, unaware of the paternity scheme. Sami panics when she sees the tests scheduled, terrified her secret will be exposed.
