Vivian slips back into Pine Haven after a night away, where Ivan has been distracting nurse Ann. She insists the trip was worth it, plotting revenge on Kate using Laura, unaware part of her fake beard is missing. Jennifer returns Laura after the holidays, hoping for progress. Peter provides his jet and admits he invented business in Chicago just to be near her. Jennifer is startled to find Vivian at Pine Haven and introduces her to Laura and Peter. Lucas begins work at Titan, determined to win Carrie. At the Pub, Austin brings Brandee to confess she lied about their affair; Lucas watches anxiously. Kate finds a piece of a fake beard near her office and grows suspicious. Doug and Julie share a final romantic night before leaving for Switzerland. Vivian’s new psychiatrist doubts her excuses, but she manipulates him and vows to act quickly with Laura before Jennifer’s visits disrupt her revenge on Kate and her plan to reclaim Victor.
