Tom’s surgery succeeds, and the Hortons celebrate Christmas in his hospital room with their tree and ornaments. Alice surprises everyone by bringing Doug and Julie home—they’ve remarried in Switzerland. Father Kyle persuades Billie to sing at midnight mass, assuring her God forgives all. Billie confesses her past and finds peace. Roman and John set a trap for Belle’s kidnapper by posing as adoptive parents. When Sami realizes they’re involved, she panics, steals Jamie’s credit card, and rushes to the airport with Belle. Kristen overhears Sami’s desperation and deduces she’s the mother. John and Kristen race to the airport, intercept Sami, and recover Belle. At midnight mass, Billie sings “Oh, Holy Night.” John and Kristen enter with Belle and place her in Marlena’s arms. The Bradys reunite as the congregation celebrates, ending with “Joy to the World” and Roman and Marlena holding their Christmas miracle.
