Jonah faces dismissal from medical school despite Lexie and Wendy’s support, while Abe stays unforgiving. At the church, Kristen prepares to marry Tony with Stefano’s blessing and a family crucifix. Father Kyle asks if she’s resolved feelings for another man; she insists she has. Karen, who gave up her baby through a hospital lawyer, visits Kristen and reveals she was paid for the adoption. Sami, secretly hiding Belle to avoid repeat blood tests, rushes home for formula and begs Karen to keep quiet. John pressures Marlena and Roman to question Sami about Belle. Sami refuses and later asks Roman if he’ll love her no matter what, hinting guilt. Marlena then catches her packing bottles with a baby bottle visible. Tom recovers in the hospital with Alice’s support. At the church, Stefano walks Kristen down the aisle as John stands outside listening to the wedding bells, visibly shaken.
