Belle is kidnapped by a figure in black who enters through her window while Marlena and Roman are out. Marlena discovers Belle missing, Roman calls police, and John arrives, immediately suspecting Stefano. Bo tells Billie he wants a future with her, then takes her to a basement to trigger memories of Curtis’s murder. She recalls threatening Curtis, being drugged, seeing his gun, and that he gave her heroin. John tells Abe that corrupt cop Fred Harris is spending suspicious amounts of money. Fred realizes John is onto him and calls Stefano. Peter pays Fred to flee the country. Tony and Kristen visit Stefano for his blessing before their wedding. As they toast, John arrives and tells Kristen Belle has been kidnapped. He publicly accuses Stefano, shocking Tony and Kristen.
