Stefano and Peter plot to kill Curtis. At the party, Curtis pressures Kate for money; she agrees to meet him at midnight, overheard by Lucas and Victor. Kate later asks Victor for $100,000, saying Billie’s loan is due in three days. John finds one of Kristen’s earrings and recalls their past. Curtis approaches him offering DiMera secrets for cash; John initially refuses but later takes Curtis’s address. Carrie tells Austin she wants commitment, not competition. He denies involvement with Brandee. Billie, overwhelmed, prays on a balcony before kissing Bo at the Grill. Bo admits he’s confused; Billie insists her feelings are real. Police identify Curtis as the gunman, and when Ozzie says Billie confirmed it, Bo realizes she lied. Billie confronts Curtis, saying she must tell Bo the truth. Curtis becomes enraged and grabs her as she tries to leave.
