Belle receives visitors at the hospital. Sami grows jealous watching John hold the baby, haunted by Marlena and John’s recent indiscretion. Marlena apologizes, insisting it’s over and John has been a loyal friend. Roman joins them as early tests show Belle is healthy, though Sami remains tense knowing the truth about the blood switch. She confides to Jamie that John—not Roman—is Belle’s father. Carrie encourages Billie to ask Bo out, but Billie loses her nerve. Stefano pressures Kristen into secrecy, forbidding her from discussing John with Tony until he approves. Peter fears Kristen may have slept with John and warns choosing John over Tony would be disastrous. Stefano ominously suggests they’ll “remove” John if necessary. Tony takes a sleeping Kristen to his hotel, planning to keep her close.
