Stefano is revealed to be dying of an inoperable brain tumor but continues manipulating everyone, taunting Roman, John and Marlena. Marlena insists he has no power over them yet privately fears him. Alice urges her to retreat to the cabin and nudges John and Kristen toward reconciling. Stefano hires a fake priest to win Kristen’s trust and summons Peter back to Salem. At the cabin, Marlena records a message for her baby and may be experiencing a contraction. Roman misses her message. John visits Victor, mentioning Isabella’s death anniversary. Curtis startles Kate at Titan, later scams Billie for drug money, gets beaten, and then spots Kate’s photo. Bo and Carly reconnect on his boat, dancing and kissing, but Bo pulls back, admitting he’s already made his choice. Billie sees them and believes she’s lost Bo forever.
