Lawrence pressures Vivian to confess, then steals Carly’s passport and flees toward the airport with her. Carly regains her memory when she sees Nicholas. Vivian is re‑arrested during transport. Jennifer finds Jack’s letter admitting responsibility for the Tract 5 dumping and his decision to leave. Heartbroken, she realizes he was home the night before and she could have stopped him. Austin offers support, but Jennifer insists Jack must return on his own. At the hospital, Marlena reels from Stefano’s return. Roman arrives with a warrant, but doctors claim Stefano is too ill to move. Marlena screams as John lunges at him. Kristen defends her father, and Stefano confirms she is truly his daughter.
