John and Kristen grow closer and kiss. John admits he still cares about Marlena but says those feelings belong to the past. He and Kristen sleep together. Sami confronts Marlena after seeing her with John at Titan, accusing her of infidelity and learning it happened twice, including on her anniversary. She threatens to worsen her bulimia if Marlena tells Roman. Roman learns of Sami’s bulimia from Jamie and apologizes for his anger, vowing no more secrets. Marlena and Sami exchange tense looks, unable to reveal Marlena’s affair. Dr. Wu assures Lawrence Carly will recover. Vivian suggests manipulating her memory, but Lawrence refuses. Carly awakens with amnesia. Bo and Billie share a passionate kiss, but Bo pulls back, refusing to use her to ease his heartbreak over Carly. Billie remains hopeful, determined to help him heal.
