Marlena debates reading Sami’s diary and finally does, discovering something disturbing. When Sami rushes home and finds her with it, she accidentally reveals she knows a secret about Marlena. Refusing to explain, Sami flees after Marlena threatens family therapy with Dr. Dorman. Roman arrives, and Sami bolts to the hospital, where she later collapses. At the Alamain mansion, Carly’s condition worsens. Lawrence demands stronger treatment and threatens Vivian if Carly dies. Dr. Wu gives a dangerous dose that could cure or kill her. Lexie secretly treats Jonah’s stab wound, hiding his vigilante identity. Abe nearly discovers them, later visiting Jonah’s apartment and almost uncovering the truth. In Los Angeles, Bo and Billie spend a romantic sightseeing day—biking, the beach, Graumann’s Theatre—both daydreaming about each other. Bo increasingly notices her charm. Their day ends with a call from Ozzie about a new job.
