Jonah resumes work as the Pacifier after reading about a teen’s overdose and is stabbed confronting a dealer. Lexie finds him wounded in his apartment. Sami struggles in therapy with her bulimia. When she realizes she left her diary at home, she panics and bolts from the session, terrified her parents will discover her secret. Roman and Marlena nearly uncover the truth, but Marlena intervenes, keeping Roman unaware.
