Jack and Jennifer struggle differently with Abigail’s life‑threatening illness. With no donor matches and Jack unable to be tested, he breaks down in Kate’s office, grieving that Abby is too young to suffer. Kate comforts him, revealing she once lost two children. Victor, moved, authorizes Titan’s resources to help and secretly gets tested. Austin, Lucas, and Carrie are also tested. At the hospital, Lucas provokes Austin, then makes him look aggressive when Carrie walks out. In Los Angeles, Bo and Billie barhop searching for the gunman. At the Around Midnight club, Billie spots Curtis and jumps onstage to sing, sending him fleeing. Back at the hotel, Bo gives her his shirt to sleep in while he takes the couch; she gets the satin‑sheeted bed.
