Bo insists on a final moment alone, unable to accept her death, begging her not to break their promise to grow old together. After the burial, Vivian and Ivan lurk nearby; once the grave is filled, Vivian rolls across the fresh dirt, gloating that she’s succeeded. Inside the coffin, Carly’s eyes snap open. A red light glows as she realizes she’s been buried alive. She claws and pounds desperately while Vivian laughs above. In Chicago, Jack works a crucial business deal with Kate, who tries to seduce him with flattery and ambition. Jack stays focused on getting home to Jennifer, secures the contracts, and escapes Kate’s advances. He leaves her furious when she realizes he’s outsmarted her attempt to lure him away from his marriage.
