Lucas visits sick Carrie with soup; Kate arrives offering to invest in Billie's company, but Billie declines. When Austin accompanies Sami to Carrie's apartment, Lucas warns him away from her, upsetting Carrie. John learns of Carly's death on the radio and rushes to Green Oaks to support a devastated Bo. Victor hears the news at the pub but Shawn rebuffs his condolences, saying the Bradys handle their own. Mickey arranges Carly's burial with Lawrence. Vivian, recently discharged from the hospital, returns home to support Lawrence through his grief. She reveals Carly wished to be buried beneath a shady tree without embalming. At the funeral home, Lawrence professes his love to Carly's body, unaware she's actually alivetrapped in her own mind, conscious but unable to communicate with the outside world."
