Victor agrees to advertise Billie’s cosmetic line, angering Kate, who suspects Billie is using him. Billie insists she earned her success. Victor later tells Kate Caroline’s health scare has shifted his priorities. Carrie decides to proceed with plastic surgery after Lucas’s support; Roman and Marlena agree to pay. Meanwhile, Sami secretly binges and purges, overwhelmed by fear of John and Marlena’s affair. Bo and Carly’s relationship worsens as Lawrence manipulates Nikki into causing trouble. Nikki steals Bo’s keys and speeds off, forcing Bo to chase him. Caroline suggests Carly take Nikki away for a while or postpone the wedding. At the hospital, Caroline confides her fears to Victor. Billie overhears her postponement idea and witnesses the crisis escalate when Nikki’s frantic call sends Carly racing home.
