Billie convinces Victor to consider Countess Wilhelmina ads in Bella magazine and recruits Bo as the model. After falling off his boat, Bo agrees to the arrangement. Caroline faints when bringing Bo food. Jack and Jennifer take baby Abigail home despite Carly's warning about potential serious illness. While Abigail's white cell count is normal and no spinal tap is needed, Jennifer remains concerned that Jack isn't processing the possibility of lingering complications. Jack insists everything is fine, but reveals his anxiety in the elevator. Meanwhile, Marlena returns from Europe worried about John. She receives flowers from Roman, and when John arrives at the hospital seeking her, Sami interrupts, asking what he wants with her mother leaving Marlena stunned. Kimberly learns her daughter Jeannie has measles while pregnant.
