Vivian murders another of Carly’s patients. Returning to Bo’s boat, Carly finds Shawn‑D and Nicholas fighting; their stories conflict, but Billie saw Nicholas throw a computer. Nicholas leaves with Carly. Bo and Carly struggle to find compromise, and Billie believes Carly mistreats Bo, worsening tensions. Lucas and Sami crash into Austin’s car. Lucas lies about a deer; Austin exposes him. Victor demands Lucas pay damages. Enraged, Lucas later attacks Austin while he’s driving Sami home. Jack and Kate dine at the Grille, discussing the Spectator. Victor intrudes, unsettling Jack. After he leaves, Kate admits staying on Victor’s good side benefits her. Jack worries about Lucas’s future, making Kate nervous. Tom and Alice arrive; Jack learns Tom delivered Lucas years ago. Kate confides she was unconscious during delivery and didn’t know Tom was her doctor. The Hortons agree to keep her past secret. Jack begins probing how many Hortons Kate actually knows.
