Roman and Marlena plan a London trip, but Roman must stay for a case; Marlena goes anyway. John calculates that a November due date means the baby could be his and becomes fixated on confirming it. Marlena ignores his call. Sami, irritable from dieting, hints she’s “forgetting everything,” unsettling Marlena. When John visits, Sami tells him the due date is October, shutting him down. At the airport, Marlena and Kim prepare to depart, Marlena anxious about John’s unanswered call. Bo and Carly ease their housing tension by planning a boat barbecue. Vivian, recovering in the hospital, selects another of Carly’s patients as her next target.
