Roman learns Marlena is pregnant and may have a fatal subdural hematoma requiring immediate surgery that could kill the baby. Marlena begs him to save their child. The family gathers in the chapel as Roman faces an impossible choice. Vivian continues her scheme by provoking Carly into a public confrontation; Carly’s angry outburst is overheard, helping Vivian paint her as unstable. Taylor attempts to kill the man she thinks is Mitch but discovers it’s actually Bo. During the chase with Billie, Taylor is struck by a car. As Bo removes her mask, she reveals she was forced into the attack.
