Billie launches a cosmetics company called Countess Wilhelmina after Alice and Maggie agree to invest in her miracle wrinkle cream. She later visits Bo at his motel room with takeout. Meanwhile, Taylor learns that criminal Mitch is in town and planning to attend a poker game. Sami and Jamie shop for an Austin gift, but when Sami buys Lucas's military uniform from a vendor, Kate demands Lucas retrieve it. At Salem Place, Marlena encounters John, who expresses that he couldn't stay away if Carrie's twins were his childrena comment that troubles Marlena. During a Bella board meeting at Titan, Marlena appears nervous and requests decaf coffee, unusual behavior that John notices. When John attributes it to nerves, Marlena feels reassured. However, the meeting ends with devastating news: Marlena receives a hospital call confirming she's pregnanta shocking discovery with major implications given the uncertain paternity situation with John.
