Lawrence frames Bo by having Taylor keep him at the pier while Mitch savagely beats Cash. When Cash wakes, he falsely names Bo as his attacker. Marlena visits John’s loft and finds Rebecca answering the door in his shirt, pushing her to recommit to Roman. Later, she and John share a painful conversation: Marlena admits jealousy but insists they must move on separately. They part in tears. Carrie removes her bandages, is horrified by her scars, and rejects Austin’s love and proposals, telling him she wants him out of her life. Austin is shattered. Billie warns Bo his rage toward Cash could backfire legally. Bo vows to protect her but stays furious Cash is still in town. Austin gets good news about a piano gig, while Billie worries Bo’s volatility will lead to serious trouble.
