Jennifer gets a strong job offer from Calliope to continue their New York talk show but hesitates, wanting to stay close to loved ones after Isabella’s diagnosis. Stella begs Roger to come home; he agrees only if he stops seeing Marlena. Later, seeing Roger and Marlena laughing at a restaurant, she grows suspicious again. At the station, Roman learns Roger kissed Marlena and blames her for not anticipating it. He and Taylor prepare a $5,000 reward press release for Randy Houston’s murder, though Roman is irritated when Taylor sends it early. Isabella makes peace with Marlena, asking her to look after John. She and John interview nannies and hire Hailey Monihan, moved by the idea this woman may raise Brady. John surprises Isabella with a star named after her, symbolizing his eternal bond with her and Brady.
