The Brady Pub opens to family and friends. Austin plays piano while Shawn and Caroline reflect on memories. Bo and Carly discuss their son Nicky's hospital recovery and reaffirm their commitment, planning another wedding date. John attends without Isabella, who struggles with public appearances. Carrie arrives with Tim but feels uncomfortable seeing Austin with Billie, later learning Billie is Austin's sister, not his date. Tim confronts them about making him jealous, creating tension. At Casey's Roadhouse, Kim's alter ego Lacey flirts with Roger, who finds her familiar but can't place her. When Lacey dances with Roger, jealous biker Randy follows her outside. In a secluded area, Randy becomes violent and pulls a knife on Lacey. A traumatic flashback surfaces of young Kim with Uncle Eric and a knife. Lacey knees Randy in the groin; when he lunges at her again, he accidentally stabs himself. Lacey checks his pulse and realizes he's dead, collapsing in tears.
