Meanwhile, John deals with press attention regarding dock worker involvement and learns of an upcoming board meeting. He discusses Lawrence's suspicious activities with Isabella and Victor, who mentions a connection to Nicky. Lisanne attempts to attend the meeting despite Vivian's objections. Bo finds Carly asleep in the doctor's lounge after an emergency shift, while Shane discusses his police academy exams with Bo. Eventually, Kim receives clearance to go home, and she meets with Philip again to confirm her discharge.
