The judge orders weekly Lombard family therapy with Marlena. Roman dislikes her involvement and forbids Carrie from seeing Jesse, prompting her to threaten moving out. At home, Roger drinks and blames Jesse while Stella defends him. Carrie and Jesse meet secretly and comfort each other until Tanner warns her about risky choices. Roman and Marlena later reconcile. Victor shows John Leopold’s will, revealing John inherits half the Alamain empire. After visiting Fisherman’s Village, John decides to accept the inheritance to redeem the family name and give Brady a proud heritage. Bo and Carly interview a couple about their adopted foreign child. The pair admit they cancelled the adoption after a natural pregnancy. Carly is crushed it isn’t her son, but Bo urges her not to lose hope.
