Jesse’s bail hearing turns volatile when Marlena is asked to evaluate him. Roman wants jail time; Marlena argues for leniency. The judge sides with her, but she’s furious to learn Roman engineered her involvement and forbids further discussion. Carrie visits Jesse and witnesses his chaotic home life; he confides hatred for his father and chillingly says he wants Roman to “put him six feet under.” Lawrence gives Lisanne a briefcase to encourage her to stay in Salem, while Mickey also tries persuading her at the carnival. She joins the dunking booth for fun. Carly and Bo meet a European contact arranged by Shane who specializes in black‑market adoptions. After hearing their story, he agrees to investigate. Later, Shane tells them he’s found a lead, and at Fisherman’s Village the man reveals he may have located their missing son.
