Bo and Carly return from Paris to find Isabella asking them to call. They visit Vivian about Goddard's claim regarding a surviving baby, but Vivian insists the infant couldn't have lived. Unconvinced, Bo and Carly pledge to uncover the truth. Buddy Rose, revealed as John's childhood janitor friend from boarding school in New York, reunites with John and returns a Mickey Mantle-signed baseball John once gave him. Lisanne informs Lawrence that John is staying in town and is legally entitled to his inheritance money. Isabella asks Bo and Carly to be their wedding attendants. They happily agree and head to church for rehearsal. However, Lawrence intercepts John at his loft, claiming a brotherly visit, preventing him from meeting them on time.
