After he vanished, she stopped stealing, hoping he’d return. She knows nothing about his locket except that he always had one. John thanks her for telling the truth. In Salem, Roman stays undercover as “Hazel” to protect Marlena, who fears his job will get him killed. Abe recognizes him, Lexie doesn’t, and tensions rise as Marlena and Lexie plan a ladies’ night. Roman insists he and Marlena belong together. Carrie suspects Marlena had her followed and slips past the cop with Tanner’s help. At school, she and Molly clash over older men. Tanner asks Molly to look up Lucille, but her file is empty. Marcus applies to the Big Brother program to mentor Jesse, sharing his own experience with loss. Jesse refuses at first, but Marcus encourages him to reconsider.
