When their dinner catches fire, he comforts her but pulls back when she asks about his feelings, insisting they stay friends. Jennifer tells Jack she’s pregnant, conceived during the Ask Dr. Love broadcast. Jack panics, imagining himself a terrible father, and worries about their finances, but Jennifer reassures him he’ll be wonderful. Carly receives a recent, authenticated letter proving Bo is alive. Realizing his mention of their “special place” is a clue, she races to their cabin. Bo reaches the door—but someone grabs him before he can enter.
