John experiences flashbacks of crashing waves triggered by his ring and promises Isabella no more secrets. Marlena grows suspicious of Roman's evasive behavior regarding police surveillance protecting the family. Lawrence studies a mysterious file on John featuring a wolf and twin babies. Victor discovers the bug Isabella planted and visits her hospital room, accusing Roman of manipulating her and threatening retaliation. At the hospital, Kim decides to move to Los Angeles to help with a child abuse case; Kayla offers to accompany her. John meets with Marlena about his visions, and they suspect the ring is the trigger. Bo, Carly, John, Roman, and Marlena attend the museum opening together for safety. John has a premonition something will happen.
