At the hospital, Bo and Carly share a tender moment on her birthday and the Trauma Center’s opening day. Victor approaches Roman II, offering answers and a job; Roman II considers it, desperate for identity. Isabella overhears him agreeing and is crushed. Carly overhears Bo and Marcus discussing the elevator sabotage and demands the truth; Bo refuses, and she feels controlled like she was by Victor. Cal obsesses over Kim’s “Finding Lost Love” broadcast but doesn’t call. Kayla remains imprisoned, secretly digging through the floor with a spoon. Victor meets Mauler and confirms a dangerous assignment. Caroline confronts Victor about Roman II; he denies involvement. She retrieves her gun, determined to act.
