Two Romans create chaos in Salem: Roman/Wayne insists he's the real Roman and wants to prove it through hypnosis with Marlena, while Roman/Douglas grows angry after Caroline and Shawn trick him into revealing he's not their son. Victor spots the two Romans together and fears his plans are threatened. Cal escapes and kidnaps Kayla, believing she's Kim, after finding Kim's furniture in his apartment. He drags her to his soundproofed place, intent on using her to get Kim. Shane warns Kim about Cal's escape and promises protection for her and Jeannie as they settle into their new home. Roman/Douglas confronts Victor at the mansion, grabbing him by the throat and demanding answers about the mind control that created the Pawn persona and gave him false memories.
