Carly learns she’s being commended, not punished, for using the unapproved cure thanks to Victor’s legal pull. On the rooftop, Bo tells her Marlena is back. Isabella, devastated, confronts Victor, convinced he engineered Marlena’s return; he denies it. Kim is nearly run down, and Shane saves her, heightening tension with Kayla, who harbours feelings for him. That night Marlena dreams of someone calling “Doc” at the clinic where she was held and wakes screaming, insisting Roman was there, leaving him shaken and confused.
