Meanwhile, Kurt calls Lawrence in prison about vials and administering a cure, suggesting a sinister plot. Tanner investigates a mysterious photo while searching for its development source. A mysterious woman lies unconscious in a tropical hospital room with monitoring equipment. Julie advises Victor to try honesty instead of manipulation, but he orders Dmitri to find both Carly and Bo. Roman reassures Isabella that nothing can hurt them as long as they're together, unaware of the danger closing in.
