Justin confronts Adrienne at the stables. She briefly imagines a future with him, but after he lashes out and storms off, the tension between them deepens. Harper learns Jack is hospitalized and that Jo is his biological mother. He threatens Jo to keep her silent. Adrienne later finds Jo looking at Billy’s photo, but Jo refuses to talk. During a prostitution‑ring stakeout, Abe is shot but survives surgery. Roman feels guilty watching Lexie worry. Steve, torn between Kayla and his secret connection to Jack, backs out of proposing. When Kayla confronts him, he cruelly pushes her away, then kisses her, and they make love. Frankie remains confused by Steve’s erratic behavior.
