Traumatized after her first client, she lies to Kim and takes Nick’s money. Kai is murdered before he can explain the disk. Kayla fears Steve is now in danger and urges Shane to investigate; he leaves for Washington. Kim’s pregnancy news is overshadowed by the crisis. Diana confronts Philip about James spying on her and struggles with old family wounds. Mike encourages her to forgive him. Ethan, jealous of Trevor’s date with Calliope, arrests him over a technicality until Roman intervenes. The episode closes with emotional montages: Shane departing, Eve counting blood money, Diana opening a mysterious letter, and Kayla alone, worried for Steve.
